on my way to my grandma hse 2day.. i boarded 184 with my sister n he demanded my sister to pay adult fare becos she din bring her bus pass along.. my sister is only primary 6 n isnt it obvious enuff dat she is still a kid.. SMRT bus driver are so dumb, no common sense.. i lodge a complain becos of this n partly its becos the driver attitude and tone is terrible, he sounded as if i m wrong, wad this is company law.. i m the passenger paying the fare hence i m the customer n he gave me this attitude. no wonder singapore rank so badly in service as compared to other countries..

however, my mama say i m bad go complain wait ppl out of job.. wad u think?

maybe he has a big family to support? wad if he lose his job?
